Born in Rome, in the middle of winter, and teenager, I spend my free time by photographing clocks and house objects placing them along the promenades of Lungotevere. Beginning so the journey whom will become passion and profession, art and craft.

Twenties, I moved to Milan, then proceed to Caracas, Venezuela, and back in the eighties, in Milan, where I still live and have my studio. I take photographs for the Advertising since I started this job and many of my pictures have contributed to important campaigns. The passion for the Flemish painters of the seventeenth century has meant that, in addition to my daily work, I have also dedicated to the "Fine Art". In my first exhibition, September 1989 in Milan, expose thirteen still lifes inspired by Flemish painting. The art historian Rossana Bossaglia wrote, "that everything is clean, basic, modern, lightly loaded, with a love of detail never didactic, with a magic in the light that also knows how to describe the shadows.

One has the impression that the light they give off these "pictures" is sufficient to to make them move. " Since then I have exhibited in various galleries in Italy, Paris, Berlin and New York. I recently published "Still Light", a photographic eBooks with my photos for SeBook-Simonelli electronic book.
